Hypertension – Reduced with A Food – Metadichol

Our diets over the last fifty years have been shifted away from fat and toward carbohydrates with the belief that higher amounts of fat were causing cardiovascular disease (CVD). As this move toward higher density carbs occurred, blood pressure also increased along with the issues of higher incidence of CVD and stroke. In the following study, a food substance, that is typically tossed in the processing of sugar cane, was found to reduce blood pressure and c-reactive protein (CRP) and increased circulating vitamin C. The paper describes the action of nano-policosanol as acting along vitamin D pathways.

Here is my blood pressure as I write this at 4 AM–not bad.Hypertension w

Dr. P.R. Raghavan has given us Metadichol, a nano-policosanol, to reduce blood pressure.  Policosanol, as long chain fatty acids, is found in high concentration on sugar cane and the husk of seeds.  Here is the paper that was just published for a sixty-week open label study. The remarkable things are that blood pressure is reduced in only three weeks, the production of vitamin C in humans, and reduced CRP, an indication of reduced inflammation.

To combat high-blood pressure the normal course is to:

  • Eat a healthy diet
  • Regular exercise
  • No nicotine use as it shrinks arteries
  • Limit alcohol
  • Maintain a healthy weight

The above is the typical verbiage that you get from your doctor. I wonder just how many times the physicians say that on any given day. It is apparent that a healthy lifestyle is everything. Of course, government and its agencies have failed us in defining a healthy diet. The common American diet was defined to promote the economy. If you don’t believe this then ask yourself this question: Why do we spend almost twice as much on healthcare as we do on food?

Poor eating habits are the cause of many chronic diseases.  Hypertension falls in this category. The first time my realization that diet was critical to controlling blood pressure occurred when I was reading “Protein Power” by Drs. Michael and Mary Eades.  They warned of blood pressure dropping significantly with the reduction of carbohydrates. This raises the question of our health actions over the last fifty years. Reduce the amount of fat and increase sugar?  Sugar has typically not been considered as dangerous, however, I believe it’s the worst policy we could have made. Linus Pauling (interesting that this is the vitamin C guy and Metadichol helps the body produce vitamin C) showed in the 1970s that sugar was more responsible for increased cholesterol than fat through his studies with prisoners.

  • The real solution to maintain a normal blood pressure is to eliminate sugar and flour from your diet. Grains were not meant to be finely divided for consumption by our physiology.  Sugar is not meant to be consumed outside of its normal occurrence in vegetables and fruits. This is what is meant when we are told to consume a healthy diet.

Metadichol will help maintain a lower blood pressure. Metadichol acts in many ways in controlling our biological actions. The beauty of Metadichol is that this food substance has no known side effects. We no longer consume policosanol that is found in the husk of seeds. It appears that our body needs these long chain fatty alcohols. Metadichol is taking the husk into a modern factory and chewing them for us. Remember the words of your mother: Chew your food!  Of course, if you don’t have the right part of the food to be chewed, factory chewing by others is okay.

The irony is that nature gave us policosanol on the plants that are high in sugar, and we throw way nature’s protection from sugar.  We then concentrate the sugar through modern processes and consume it in great amounts.  Results are devastating to our health. We now develop a substance that counteracts the effects of sugar, that nature originally meant us to consumed with the plant.  Sugar drives up serum cholesterol more so than fat. The result of a high sugar diet without the protection of policosanol is CVD and stroke. More irony, the original intent of the Dr. Raghavan was to improve the way policosanol reduced cholesterol as shown by the Cubans. Nature is laughing at us.

One of the very interesting findings in this study was the increase in vitamin C. The paper indicates that humans made vitamin C as part of our physiology.  At some point, one of the three enzymes that makes vitamin C from sugar was no longer produced.  Metadichol appears to turn on the gene responsible for producing this enzyme and higher vitamin C levels happen. This means reduced inflammation, as indicated by a reduction in CRP, and the possibility of a longer lifespan with less disease.

This is really-exciting stuff. The possibility of increased life span with reduced inflammation and disease through a food substance that can easily be supplemented with no side effects–Metadichol.

We took the chewing of grains into the milling operations to help foods be easier to consume. Sugar was concentrated through industrial processes as our body craves this substance. It should also be noted that sugar was concentrated to help in the production of alcohol–another craved substance. Both things, milled grains and concentrated sugar, made food easier to consume and have significant impact on our economy, but they are not healthy. By not being healthy, we again have made a significant impact on our economy with increased healthcare and insurance. And, the government said, “It is good.”  –Pandemic Survivor

Metadichol in Southeast Asia

A video of people using Metadichol as brand name Polilex has been posted to you tube by Polilex. This is a very remarkable video. Typically what you see in videos is young people talking about how wonderful things are. In this video, it is mostly old people that are suffering from an array of chronic diseases.

It is amazing to think that something as simple as an emulsion of the waxy substance found on most plants leaves can have such effects. As we move forward in our understanding of nutrients from food, I believe there will be amazing results. How modern foods are processed is of extreme importance to our health.

The video is high quality but the English subtitles are sometimes hard to read.

Update on My Experience with Metadichol

Metadichol is a supplement that is policosanol in a nano form. This nanoemulsion allows for better absorption of the policosanol so that it can act properly. When properly absorbed, it appears to work significantly in the body for health.

Earlier I described how when I first got the samples from Dr. P R Raghavan the discoverer, my wife had just come down with shingles. It was amazing as the pain went away after only twenty four hours.

I had reported earlier how much my fourteen year old dog has improved. Sophie is now jumping up on the coach again. An act she had not been able to do before the use of Metadichol. She also continues to get much more playful. I never thought we would ever see her act like a puppy again.

I decided to give one of the samples to my brother. Here was a case of abuse by the medical profession of improperly giving my brother testosterone. After several years of use, he started showing many side effects from use of this steroid. The worst physical appearance was loss of blood flow to his legs. They looked like the legs of a long term diabetic. He had developed dark blue spider veins in his legs and significant swelling. After a month of using Metadichol, his legs and toes went from blue to pink. The blood had started to flow properly again and the swelling is gone. He reports a significant improvement in health since he started to use Metadichol. It will be interesting to see how much improvement he will have. It is amazing as the testosterone commercials drone-on on TV.

My sister is about eighty. She has had much compliant of knee pain. It was keeping her from sleeping. I gave her a sample of the gel. She reported that the pain was reduced enough the first night to allow her to sleep. She also reported that the pain was completely gone in about three days. She is also a type II diabetic and now wants to try with the liquid to see if there is a reduction in her fasting blood sugar.

I have a friend that I gave a sample of the gel after he had surgery on his chin. He has reported that the scar on his chin has almost completely gone after a month of usage. This has amazed even the doctor.

My sister-in-law was given a sample of the gel. She reported that a rash on her arm went away in just a few weeks. She has suffered this rash for years.

I gave a friend a sample after she complained of constant nose congestion. She was told by her  doctor that she was a carrier for MRSA in her nose.  She has reported now that her nose has been clear for the first time in years.

I cannot tell any more improvement in my own health. However, I did take my blood pressure last night and it was 115/70. I don’t ever recall my blood pressure being at this level. It usually runs toward pre-hypertension. It is amazing that Metadichol works along so many different pathways. – Pandemic Survivor

New Nutraceutical, Metadichol® – Breathtaking Results!

“One good nutraceutical can wipe out the drugs.” Dr. Stephen De Felice

As a regular reader, you have seen several post of the new form of policosanol as a small droplet emulsion, brand name, Metadichol®. (Historic Breakthrough in Health – A Natural Alternative to Vitamin D) This natural substance appears to present a new model for how healing should occur in the body. As a natural substance formed on sun splashed portions of plants, it appears to act in the body very similar to vitamin D. This is a claim in the one of the many patents covering Metadichol®. As you know, you cannot patent a natural substance; however, the novelty is the small droplet that easily absorbs into the body and blood stream where it can become active in cells.

Some of the claims in the patent for healing are as follows: malaria, acne, eczema, ganglion, lipoma, MRSA, wound healing, fungal infections, psoriasis, hair growth, wrinkles, kidney disease, regulates glucose, insulin resistance, Diabetes type 2, Cholesterol, improved lipid profiles, hypertension, kidney disease, heart disease, reduced protein oxidation or oxidative stress, TNF a – significant immune system function, and increases serum vitamin C.

This product has only been on the market since the last part of 2014 in Southeast Asia. The reports coming from that area are amazing in the variety and healing of many diseases. The amazing thing has been no side effects. Of course, since it can be found of most foods, there should be no side effects. This appears to fall into the first rule of medicine, do no harm. When I was first approach by the discoverer, I thought – yeah, yeah another nut found a way to make money. Now after two months, I am truly amazed at the results from my own experience.

My own experience was first the amazement that the pain from my wife’s shingles went away in just a couple of days. It is interesting to note that her primary care physician had identified the rash as shingles along the C3-C4 dermatome. My wife has experienced shingles before that went on for over six months. After four weeks, there was still some redness and my wife went to see a dermatologist who is a friend of the family (I may have instigated this visit because of my prior communication with the dermatologist about Metadichol®). The dermatologist said that it was not shingles, primarily because it had gone away so fast and the apparent appearance of the remaining rash. She described it as a rash of unknown origin. I suspect this type of healing is unfamiliar to the dermatologist.

As for myself, I had a hemorrhoid that shrank overnight after an application of Metadichol®. Also, I treated a wound that I had received from cutting wood. It healed very quickly without a scab formation which I found extremely interesting. After about four weeks of using Metadichol®, there were red formations on my arm and leg. They appeared to be like large pimples or a formation of a colony of bacteria that looked similar to the appearance of MRSA that I had five years ago. After a few days of treatment with the Metadichol®, the redness disappeared. I now wonder if these areas were not colonies of pathogens trying to escape from the action of the Metadichol®. Also, the lipomas are shrinking on our 13 year old dog. We simply spray a couple of sprays on her food every day. We tried to treat a lick granuloma on the dog’s leg. This appeared to work well for a couple of weeks, but the dog started to lick again and the inflammation still exists. We have not tried to increase the dose for the dog. Also intermittent treatment may be an issue as well.

The mechanisms for how the substance works is not truly understood. Dr. Raghavan, the discoverer believes that there is some form of communication that appears to give intelligence to the action of Metadichol®. He has tried the formulation with synthetic components of policosanol and it does not work. He believes that it may be plant and microbial DNA that gets extracted along with the policosanol. It would be interesting if the Metadichol® is also renewing the health of our microbiome and homeostasis is reached in the body through this symbiotic relationship. The consideration of how it may possibly work because of DNA that comes over is daunting when considering the amounts of GMO foods that we are now consuming.

There are to be publications about Metadichol® that will appear over the next several months. This will include information on how our genome reacts and treatment of some very serious diseases. It will be interesting the response of the medical and research communities. – Pandemic Survivor

Vitamin D as Effective as Drugs for Hypertension

A friend, retired pharmacist, sent me a note about a study that was just done in Europe on hypertension (high blood pressure).  What they found is very exciting.  Vitamin D was effective in reducing blood pressure as drugs.  “Vitamin D ‘as good as drugs’ in Reducing High Blood Pressure.”   Of course there have been many other studies showing the same thing.  I do not know why this is not the first course of action in medical treatment for high blood pressure.  From a nutritional standpoint, there are two things that significantly drive blood pressure either through restriction of you arteries or an effect on your renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) which regulates arterial constriction and water balance in the body through the kidneys.

  1. Vitamin D Deficiency
  2. Eating too much fruit and sugar

It seems like the pathway of sugar effects on high blood pressure is totally ignored by the medical profession.  The fructose that is consumed in eating too much fruit and sugar is converted to uric acid in the liver and results in high blood pressure.  Again, why this fructose-uric acid pathway for high blood pressure is ignored is unknown to me.  Here is a summary PDF from the Cleveland Clinic on the topic.   If this is an issue then you should control your sugar and fruit intake so that you are consuming no more than fifteen grams of fructose per day or thirty grams of sugar.  A can of soft drink will generate just as much uric acid in your body as a can of beer.  So think about that the next time you give you six year old a can of soft drink.

As I was leaving a clients office five years ago on a bright sunny summer day, I made the remark, “I think I will just go home and soak up some of this wonderful sunshine.”

My client inquired, “Are you into this vitamin D thing?”  Well needless to say it was over an hour before I got out of his office.  It turned out that he had had a life-long problem with high blood pressure.  He had tried to control it with diet and drugs and was not effective.  He tried ten thousand IU’s of vitamin D per day.  His blood pressure came into normal control in just weeks.  He tried this not because his doctor told him to but because a friend had suggested it.

Of course the issue with high blood pressure is the strokes that occur and the heart attacks from too high blood pressure.  Relaxation of arterial walls is very important in controlling blood pressure.  So first, reduce your sugar intake.  Then take enough vitamin D or spend time in the sun so that you serum 25(OH)D is above 60 ng/ml.  Also things that generate nitric oxide to help your arteries relax like niacin and l-arginine are a good idea.

The next time you are relaxing in the sun, do not drink a beer or a soft drink if you have high blood pressure.  – Pandemic Survivor
